* Graphic design experience highly desirable Nonessential/Preferred Education, Skills & Experience * Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment * Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to self-edit * Experience with content management: version control, multiple author, and quality assurance processes * Experience developing, utilizing and maintaining style guides and templates * Record and edit audio for eLearning as well as familiarity with Virtual Classroom training execution * Mastery of Word, PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Premier Pro, Photoshop * Highly proficient in all content development cycle tasks * Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining commercial and technical content for instructor-led, eLearning, and performance support, for a variety of roles such as internal employees, partners and customers in a clinical setting * Work with sales and commercial teams to support sales training requirements * Work with cross functional teams and technical SMEs * Assist with design of templates and instructional elements for all learning content types and delivery modes * Perform all stages of commercial and technical content development for a variety of materials, including eLearning, classroom, practice guides, and quick reference guides Experience developing instructional materials on technical topics and commercial organizations with particular focus for a healthcare learning audience is desirable. This position requires expert knowledge of adult learning strategies, instructional design techniques, assessment models, and leading authoring tools. Working with the Director, Senior IDs and subject matter experts, the candidate will be highly proficient in all stages of the content development cycle, from performing the needs analysis and determining content requirements per target audience and delivery modalities, through assessing training success. The ID will work within established standards for all training elements, such as presentations, assessments, job aids, participant guides, quick reference materials, sales workshops and eLearning content. The Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for design and development of education and training materials for all audiences for STANLEY Healthcare.
